Caller from Philippines asking if I had received merchant letter, talking about about credit and payments. Would not provide company name or address. I explained about GDPR regulations and asked her for the address so I could lodge a complaint. Highly likely that this caller could be dangerous to deal with. Most likely a spoofed / fake number as the dialing code is actually Durham UK
